To begin, we recommend duplicating the existing report. Not only will this give you a record of revisions, but you will also now have a back-up copy in case there are any errors in document replacement.
Update Form1 and Form 2 as needed — at least the revision number should be changed.
Then go to Form 3, and click 'Replace Document' Icon above your drawing.
Read and consider the warning. You may need or want to make changes to the document page order before proceeding. You could edit the current document to align, or the incoming document. Note that you duplicated the report earlier, so if anything goes wrong you have a back-up. You can always delete it and create a new duplicate.
Then, you can upload your new file.
The page will update with your new drawing.
Carefully inspect each balloon and result, adjusting as needed to fit the new document.
