You can now use our OCR to complete Form 2 with the same ease as your ballooned drawings!
When in Form 2 of any report in GroundControl, try our new "Batch PDF Upload" and "Document-Assisted Entry" tools. Simply click "Batch PDF Upload", and upload all of your material certificates of conformance at once.
Then, click "Show Document-Assisted Entry". This will open a window that allows you to pull information directly from your material CofCs, just like you would when ballooning your drawing in Form 3.
On the left side panel, you have two columns. The first column contains the same fields that you would complete in your standard AS9102C Form 2. The second column contains fields that can be completed with our OCR.
Simply click on the magnifying glass icon next to a field, and click and drag on your cert like you would when making a balloon! The field is also manually editable if you prefer to do it yourself.
You can navigate between each CofC with the page selector at the top.
Once you have finished all your CofCs, click the "X" in the top right of the window to close it out.
