We have listened to customer feedback intently, and we are extremely excited about this latest release to GroundControl. You can now work with the tools you are used to, with spreadsheet functionality available directly in the software.
You can now directly edit information inside the tables of Forms 1, 2, and 3. Simply click into any appropriate cell to change the value, and it will save automatically! You also have access to multi-cell copy & paste, enabling workflows to speed up time significantly.
This functionality is available in Form 1 Sub-Assemblies, Form 2, Form 3 Characteristics.
Column Headers
Use column header options to slice and dice your data however you'd like. You can sort any column in ascending or descending order, filter by values in a column, hide columns, re-size the column widths, and more!
We've also added cell backgrounds to all three forms to quickly highlight any issues caused by missing data or potential errors (like out of tolerance results).
💡 A yellow cell background occurs in Form 3, when a requirement has a tolerance applied, but the result does not match that tolerance.
⚠️ A red cell background occurs whenever required fields are empty, or a result is out of tolerance based on the nominal value and applied tolerance.
